I have a new vaio pocket! But i have a problem!

It locked up 4 times in about 5 days! After each time, i had to reset the vaio and set the time and date. Is that normal???Has somone the same problem?

check the file your playing isn't corrupt - listen to it on your computer, does it sound right? does it crash when playing the same track everytime?
