Hi Franz,

I think you want Belarc Advisor - it builds a detailed profile of your computer and gives you a lot of information on your system and installed programs. It gives some software licences and Keys along with lots of other info. It's a free download.

Most HDDs work at 40 - 50 degrees, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
