Hello,
Can someone help me please. I got a virus which I eventually got rid of. But now that the virus is gone my finger print is not working when loging in nor is my safe active any longer. I have to manually log in with my password. The fingerprint scan does nothing anymore.
The my safe folder produces the following error when clicked on:
'Cannot initialize My Safe Folder.'
'Failed to create new remote connection'
I do not know what to do. I had a lot of files in that folder. Can anyone help please email me at jizail25@msn.com
