I'm a proud owner of VGN-S4 series, bought 9 months ago. For the past 2 months, my battery hardly last 40 minutes. My friend's laptop (same series) bought a month before mine, lasts about 2 hours. Tried my battery in his system, same problem but his own lasts 2 hours in my laptop. I contacted e-support but they won't let me log my case. Keeps given access denied error only when I want to log a case. May be it is sony's way of running away from responsibility since I still have 3 months before my warranty ends. Still running the shipped OS and applications. No additional softwares or hardware added. How can I contact sony for a battery replacement. Thank you
