hotmail & messenger wont accept log in detail. But will on old pc. Have AR11B both connected up with sky wireless broadband. Mcaffee have checked my firewall settings etc. Have altered internet option on explorer to allow cookies. But still cant get access.

You will need to install the new Windows Live Messenger if you already have not, When that is done log into Live.com with your Hotmail Username & Password then Link it to your Windows Live Passport which in turn links it to your copy of Windows,
