hi, i'm new on this forum so any help received would be much appreciated.
i've download msn live messenger on my sonyvaio desktop. when i try to open the messenger i get this error message. i've tried to google it but no luck at all. this is how the error message on the heading says msnmsgr.exe - application error and than the actual message says: the application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005).click on ok to terminate the application. so i click ok button not once but twice before it disappears. anyone out there know what the solution is? thanks
