memory information

:smileyconfused:: can anyone tell me the details of the memory installed in my VAIO PCV- RX-514 , I know its 256 mb ddr sdram but i need to know the speed etc etc as i would like to upgrade it to 512 mb and therefore want to match whats already installed!!!
