Hi kkaran05,
You can find it here, in the Original Drivers Package...
http://support.vaio.sony.co.uk/downloads/updates/updates.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&c=-1&s=-1&m=2520
Are you still using Vista?
Download the 'Original Drivers Package' for your model from here: -
http://support.vaio.sony.co.uk/downloads/updates/updates.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&c=0&s=VGN-N&m=2520
Right-click on the download N2_Drivers.ZIP and choose "Extract All". Choose to extract to C:\ and a new forder C:\Drivers will be created.
You will find the Texas Instruments FlashMedia driver in C:\Drivers\Memory_Card.
You will need to install this by going to Device Manager and right-clicking on the unknown Mass Storage Device. Choose Update driver and manually point the wizard to C:\Drivers\Memory_Card\ti21Sony.INF
EDIT: TOO QUICK FOR ME TONIGHT v.57
