Hi everybody!
Could i know which is the latest updated BIOS version for a notebook Vaio PCG-GRT816M?

i actually have the last version available in the download section:
it's a Phoenix Bios R0162F0 dated 01/2004...

is there any possibility to get an up-to-date one?

You already have the most up-to-date BIOS. There is no newer one released by Sony.
