anybody could help me in solving the following problems

we have given the keyboard in dutch but the signs are not corresponding.
the clarity of the signs in the monitor sdm-s73 are not sharp
it is a qwerty keyboard

What OS are you using?

Go to the regional settings and go to keyboard, and set to NL.
