Internet explorer 7

Hi I ve recently bought vaio ..and it has internet explorer 7 which has got cipher strength 256-bit..is that best browser available in market?? i cant view my bill online because they saying you need to have browser with cipher strength 126- bit can some one advise me which browser content that strength?/ and is internet explorer7 is best browser ..
can some one help with this ... thanks..

Welcome to the club,
nearly all the browsers out there have had periods of vunerability requiring patches regain security. IE7 is more likely to be the engine that provides more consistant security at least at the handshake and compatibility level and security measures of TLS coupled with SSL should allow you to tackle 256bit SSL just not at the data level.
