i try to install the above and get error code 78F.PLS ADVICE

welcome to Club vaio..

I've done a quick Google and it appears this is not an isolated problem..

Reading some of the other forums I've noticed that the error code 78 problem has been reported to MS so hopefully a solution will be found soon.

I rebooted twice and it seemed to fix the problem. In future always install updates with the firewall off...just don't forget to switch it back on afterwards and allow the changes
