It has come to my attention that I should contact you about a specific problem that I keep encountering with Windows Messenger 5.1. The problem that I keep encountering is that all of my contacts are unable to talk to me through using video and audio conversation features in Windows Messenger 5.1. I do not know why this problem keeps reoccuring, but I am able to talk to my contacts through using the text features in the conversation window and thats about all.
