help needed on bios setup

I have a problem setting up the bios on my PCG-GR114EK to recognise my cd/dvd in order to get it to boot from it, in order to install a new hard drive and operating system.could someone give me detailed instructions on setting up the bios to recognise the cd as first bootup followed by the hard drive.my e-mail address is ........mick094m@hotmail.com if anyone could be of assistance,

Hi Mick,

Start your Vaio and when you see the Sony logo press the F2 key repeatedly this should open the BIOS..
