HDD Toshiba MK8032GSX no SATA - only ATA

Toshiba mk8032gsx on my VAIO laptop VGN-FE21B is not working on SATA, only in ATA100.
What can I do whith that?

SATA and ATA100 are different types of connections altogether, this means you've got the old style ribbon cable rather than the new SATA plug system.
