Can anyone inform me of the maximum capacities for me to upgrade HD and memory for my laptop VAIO VGN-FS 315S?

Hi Mohammud,

Maximum supported memory is 2GB (1GB per slot).

The original dive is 100GB and as far as I am aware there is no BIOS limit on size. A 320GB hard drive should be fine – you need a 2.5” x 8.5mm IDE drive.
