Bummer, bet you won't do that again but I do love Italy especaily around the Amalfi Coast.
OK buckeroo what you will have to do is install your own English copy of XP but the Sony utilities will still be in italian but at least the software bundle in most cases will revert to English. Follow the instructions at this link from Professor JamesXP Install
