cd stuck in drive

Loaded a small CD in the special holder furnished with my PC.
Loaded the disk in de CDROM-drive but canneot eject it;holder with
disk in it are stuck in the drive and I cannot eject.Anybody an idea
how to solve that problem?

Of course not,Rich and have sent the right one this morning.
BTW,the roud "opening" is closed and no inside access pssible.

I think you may need to contact Vaio-Link for further advice on how to remove the special CD adaptor..

If you follow this link and download the ‘pre-installed utilities’ you will find the necessary utilities as mentioned by Kee-Lo.

Downloaded a couple of utilities there but cannot open the files:
"Vaio Media Content 6.0 is not installed>
Plse update after installing Vaio Media......."
Looked up Media Content 6.0 with Google but they propose a lot of sites.
If,by the way,you happen to know what and where to download,please inform me.
BTW,sorry for taking you time!
Have send my request to Sony regarding the disk stuck in the slot;curious to see what
and when they are going to propose something.

When you do get around to opening it you should know that the utilities that control the eject feature must be installed in a set order followed by a re-boot.

1 Sony Utilities.
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

As you can hear activity when you press the eject button I doubt somehow that this is the problem, but worth a try.

Have you tried a ‘soft eject’? Right click the drive in My Computer and select Eject.
