cd/dvd writing problem on roxio

i have got this error:

Not exactly the same error but look at this thread and see if that helps.

thanks. i already read it. i did not install wmp11. i have sz3xtp/c with vista.

Ok. What were you doing when you got the error?

Have a look at this .

Basically try another make of disc and see if that works or use another cd/dvd burner program.
