BEWARE OF VAIO COVER INSURANCE

I bought online end of October from here: http://www.vaiocover.com the Vaio Cover Insurance. My credit card was debited immediately but I've never received any contract, all attempts to reach Vaio Cover through e-mail have been unsuccessful. I neither had success reaching by phone, the number provided is Sony Style number but they say they do not support it, calling Sony France was unsucessful as well.
I tend to think Vaio Cover is just a scam, some insurance company found there a great way to get customers thanks to the Vaio and Sony logo but I feel there's nothing behind the name. I just gave up trying to reach them, money's gone, I will see what happen if I need to submit a claim but doubt I will ever have any response. BEWARE

reported it to Sony Support for you, hopefully they'll send you the correct papers.

Keep questioning them, they'll have to do something in the end.
