Battery problem...

I own a Sony Vaio VGN-FE21M since September 2006. Some weeks ago the battery stopped working... It is connected to the computer but it's like that the pc doesnt't recognize it.

What can i do?

I have the same problem. My laptop model is vgn-fe21s and the battery model is VGP-BPS2C. I bought this vaio laptop for just over a year...

I also have the same problem. My laptop model is vgn-fe21s and the battery model is VGP-BPS2C. It is 18 months old and the computer does not recognise the battery the fault is with the battery because I have tried someone elses battery and it works ok.

I think Sony should replace my battery free of charge as my toshiba laptop is four years old and is still ok but I don't even know how to contact them by email. does anyone have any contact details.have you sorted out your battery yet
