My two li-ion batteries were working fine, all of a sudden neither of them will charge. Icon in the tray says they are charging, light on the front says they are charging, but they remain at same percentage charge (3% and 54%) have made sure that there is no grit on the connectors and really do not know what else to do. Would be very grateful for any suggestions, think it must be something to do with the notebook or the charger, instead of the batteries, as both batteries were effected at exactly the same time.
