I take a look on the list from Sony laptop models able to downgrade to XP and I did not found your model on the official downgrade road map from Sony.
I would like to suggest for you to keep the original Windows Vista in your laptop.
Anyway, another user requested initially Audio drivers for downgrading to Xp on AR51M and the thread grow up with the help from another users and so on...
Finally you will found several drivers to make the downgrade to XP in just 01 (one) place...

Once again, Sony Vaio strongly recommends to keep the original Windows Vista software in your Laptop. Maybe you will lost functionality from some Sony functions/softwares.
