AR11B Memory

Hi,

I'm looking at upgrading the memory of the AR11B.

Now I'm a little confused at which will work and wont work.

On the Sony VAIO web site it states the max is:
2048 MB @ 533mhz (DDR2) - 2 sticks of 1GB's

but other web sites that I've visited state the AR11B can take
1 stick of 2GB @667 (DDR2) - MAX 4GB

So can anyone give me any advice ??
