After installing Windows XP, problems with boot has appeared.

Hello folks, I`m a new happy owner of a Vaio VGN-FE41Z which was bought a month ago. I don`t have any complaints except about Vista. Far enough, i installed Windows XP in another partition, although i cannot set the boot options and everytime i need to access Vista, i need the Disc Recovery Utility to succed. Would you mind helping solving this problem? Is is possible to choose which OS i would use as i could do with Windows XP?

By the way, do you know where i can get the WinXP drivers to my laptop?

Cheers!

I have also installed XP as I was not too keen on Vista. I found some of the Vista drivers worked OK in XP. Then I downloaded XP drivers for other model laptops from the Sony support site - and that solved a few more problems. Now I am down to just trying to get sound working.

Me either, I have stolen some Vista drivers, albeit just a few worked and the most important, Wireless cards is not on the list =/. As far as Vista is nice, has a pleasent interface to use the explorer and surf on the internet, it`s a crap to playing games. I would keep both working well in my laptop. I feel like i can troubleshoot the drivers downloading XP drivers for VGN-FE31Z, however the boot problem annoys me. By the way, how do cope with that?
