After installing windows XP in a VISTA laptop, boot screen doens't appear!

Hey guys, I have a laptop with VISTA which I the correct partition using Vaio Recovery Tools disc and then i installed Windows XP. The problem is that there isn't a boot screen to select which OS i want to use. How could i fix that?

You need to edit your BOOT.INI file to give a choice of both operating systems. You need to add XP but you will need to know which partition it is in - probably 3 if you still have the Recovery Partition, 2 if not.

What partitions do you have now?
Do you still have the Recovery Partition?
XP Pro or XP Home?
Tell us what your boot.ini says now.
