SVT1312V1ES - Recovery / Disk space

I just bought a Vaio SVT1312V1ES, with a 128GB SSD disk.

Since it is only 128GB, I want to get rid of the recovery partitions. Can I create an external windows 8 install disk from those? I don't want to waste 20GB of disk space for a recovery, waste of expensive disk space.

Can I get a windows 8 oem install disk from Sony to do a clean reinstall?
