Sport multiscreen on the red button

Does anyone know why sport multiscreen on the red button won't load up when selected?

I had to return my 32" 5810 because of this problem......contact your retailer because this is a fault....Ian

Before doing anything else, make sure you have the latest firmware update.

If there is not a firmware download, I would recommend getting in touch with the after sales support team and see what they have to say.
