Sony TV KDL-32BX420 shows wrong time and date

Hi everyone!

I live in Banja Luka, a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and here I bought my new TV. Now I have a problem with it which is anoying me more and more every day...

My tv KDL-32BX420 is showing wrong time (and sometimes date too). Time and date are shown in middle top part of the screen and is visible when changing (tuning) programs. The tv doesn't have any settings for date or time, so I can't manualy change them. What can I do? Does anyone have similar problem?

Well

The problem is not with TV , the problem with the broadcasting channels in your area , they inject wrong time with the channel data

The problem is well known long time ago. The same as the one exsists with channels received free to air through Sat box

Try that with HotBird channels and you will find multi times displayed according to the selected channel

I use cable, have both digital and analog signal, but I rarely turn to analog. And in analog is also wrong time.

It could be that cable operator is delivering me wrong times... I don't know...

So give it a try by calling the Cable Operator and explain the problem , I think they know about it
