Sony KDL40EX720 has freeviewHD or not???

Hi

I am living in London UK. I have just bought Sony KDL40EX720  tivi. It seems not to be UK model

I have downloaded an updated software version : PKG3.704GAA.0104

It seems I can't have any Freeview HD channels. I think KDL40EX720 has only Freeview SD, not Freeview HD. Am I right? Does any body  view freeview HD channels?

On more question: How can I use internet fearture via my D-Link wireless LAN USB adaptor? I plug it in and the TV did not recognise my D-Link wireless USB.

Do I have to buy Sony UWA-BR100 wireless Lan USB adaptor as the i-manual suggest?

Hi

You might be receiving a signal from a part of London that hasn't gone through digital switchover yet - http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/

All of London is switched over in April and so you'll get HD signals then.

To use wireless, yes you' d need the Sony dongle or you can connect via Ethernet or a Home Plug se.
