Hi, hope someone can help having continuous probs with Sony not logging on to bbc iPlayer, was failing with the “memory sentence” too quick to catch, so we played through our Panasonic smart box but now can’t get bbc iPlayer through either and tv just sits saying loading but doesn’t! Any help greatly received although needs to be basic as bit of a technophobe 😄
