Sony Bravia KDL-46HX803 NETFLIX

I havent been able to get Netflix on my Sony Bravia KDL-46HX803.

I've been able to get other things, like iPlayer, LoveFilm and Youtube, but there is no Netflix app on the menu. I've followed the instructions on your website but they havent worked.

Does anyone know how to get Netflix on my TV?
