Recording capacity for USB-Sticks

Hi!

Sorry for a newbie question,

Just got my KDL-46EX723 Sony TV yesterday and started to play with the recording capabilities. Is there an approximate minutes to GB ratio for recorded TV? I plugged in a 32 GB USB stick and the recoding worked fine, but couldnt find any information on how many minutes (or hours) worth of TV I could record.

Around 13 hours video in standard definition, on 32 GB  USB. Usually one movie in standard def is from 2-4 GB

Of course that is aproximal info.
