I have set up the Sony dongle to connect to my home hub, which it tells me was successful. But when I go to video internet download I get the following error message 'Configuration failed while connecting. There is no link. Please check cables.'
Can anybody explain?

i have also the same problem with my KDL 55EX503, it wont connect to the internet though im using a cable not wifi signal. did u get things sorted out? because mine is not yet done. thanks.
did you get this sorted? please help! ive just posted a thread re same.....
I used a cable to do the first installation which allowed the software to load. Since then the TV has worked fine with the dongle.
