Picasa, limited number of albums shown

Hi,

When I use the Picasa option to show pictures, I only get 36 albums displayed of about 70.  Any way to extend the list of shown albums?  There is no issue with public or private albums, they're all the same settings, they just don't show.  It seems that the Picasa gadget/widget is limited to only show 36 albums.

I have a Bravia too, and am having the same problem: Only 36 albums are displayed.

Brian Rose, a Google Employee, has contacted Sony Support about this issue, as you can see from the thread above, but nothing seems to have happened.

The Picasa Web Albums API should allow you to fetch up to 500 albums. If someone from the Bravia team needs help tweaking the code you're currently using, please get in touch with me on our forum from the URL torkilj linked to:

Hi guys - a Sony side patch ( you won't have to do anything to your TV) to resolve this is in the works at the moment and should be in place mid - end of March.

Always forgot to say Thanks! (but its never to late to say so).

Its working great, with the exception that my very first album is not visible.  Not sure why, or if this has still anything to do with the ssue.

Hi,

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread but I happened to stumble across it when Googling a problem I'm having with Picasa on our 32cx523.

It seems, from the above problem description, that I'm experiencing the same issue. I am unable to view more than 36 alums in the Picasa 'app'.

The firmware seems to be up to date on the TV as far as I can tell. Is anyone else still experiencing this issue?

Hi,

No mine worked fine after they performed that change.

Besides, the very first album, it still doesnt show.

Also I do have another tv model 46nx705.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try another firmware check in that case and a log-out and back in with my Google account in Picasa to see if that makes any difference.
