Monolitic stand or wall mounted

Hi

for those of you out there who have the monolitic bravia TV's my question is do you prefer to have it wall mounted to on the monolitic stand.

I have it wall mounted at the moment but i really love the way it looks on the monolitic stand but i can't find the room to also put my bluray player when i have it on the stand.

it does also look good on the wall.  what do you guys think?

well i for one dont like wall mounting even though i put my old plasma on the bedrom wall!, my new Bravia is on a monolithic base and i love it, im due to get the Alphason FW 1350 finewoods range stand and that will take all the A/V gear and more under it.

but at the end of the day its all down to personal preference.

yeh i too find it looks odd when wall mounted. I love the way it looks on the monolitic stand but my cabinet is not long enough so i cant fit my bdv f500 home cinema player along side it.

i tried to attach a couple of pictures with and without the stand so people could give me an idea which looks better for my wall but it would not allow me to.
