Missing BBC HD Channels on Bravia KDL37W5810

Hi,

Suddenly, in early June I lost my BBC HD channels on Freesat. I've tried retuning multiple times, but it makes no difference. I've also never been able to receive the new Channel 4 signal. The tuner appears to detect the channels but is unable to decode the signal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks in advance.

Sounds like you will have to adjust you sat dish . Have you had high winds recently where you live ?.
