Main sound is drowned out by the background sound / music. How do I fix this?

When playing DVDs on my KDL22CX32DBU the main sound is too quiet, we can't hear what the actors are saying, but the background sound and music is way too loud. I can't seem to find any setting that fixes the problem. I tried a reset, but that made no difference.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

try changing the sound from dynamic or standard to clear voice, that should help.
