KV-28DX30U Digital TV lost all channels following switch over today

Hi,

I purchased the above in 2000 thinking it would "future proof" me when the digital switchover happened. Today London switched over to digital and I lost all my digital channels. I have tried manually and automatically re-tuning my TV but it cannot find any channels. BBC ONE should be channel 23 01 - but when I enter this it says service cannot be tuned. Why can't my digital TV find any digital TV channels?

Hi, I think most the DX models were impacted with the 'split nit' issue. Simply the tuners in these devices aren't compatible with free view post switchover, so you'd need to get an external freeview set top box or something.
