I get my TV channels from the Heathfield transmitter but for some reason I do not get channel 40 but instead get channel 29 which comes from the Midhurst transmitter and I keep getting the message no signal.I have tried to do a manual change but after doing it and going and going back to watch TV it has gone back to channel 29 I cannot get it to stay on channel 40.It says the software is up to dateI have tried unplugging the aerial lead from the TV and doing a digital search and then plugging the aerial.back into the TV and doing another digital search but I still get channel 29.The TV is a Sony KDL-42W653A.Thank's
Hi Muffin1947
I wonder if you have other TVs that have no problems with the same channel? Or if you know if any of your neighbors noticed sth similar?

The problem has now changed a bit as I am unable to receive any BBC programs as they are broadcast on channel 41 and I am getting channel 48.I have done a digital auto retune which did not work.I tried a digital manual retune and when channel 48 came up I changed it channel 42 and then searched down and it found channel 41 and the programs were listed but when I tried to watch the TV the channel had gone back to channel 48.There seems to be no way to save what I have just changed so it stays at 48.The TV in the bedroom is fine as are my two Humax set top boxes which all receive the correct channels.I tried uplugging the aerial lead and did a digital auto retune which found no channels then plugged the aerial lead back in and did another retune but it still found channel 48.I get my channels from the Heathfield Transmitter but I believe channel 48 comes from the Midhurst tranmitter. Can someone tell me how I save the channel I have just changed
