When using the Internet Video button on the remote the BBC iPlayer starts to down load then stops and the screen goes blank. The internet connection is has been checked and is ok. The above also happens with other internet video stations i.e. Lovefilm and Sky News. It worked fine before an over the air update. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a solution ?
was the update you downloaded interrupted at all?, best thing is to do a factory re set and see if that clears the problem, and any further updates, just be sure not to interrupt the download until its complete.
