KDL-40E4000 Not Responding

KDL-40E4000 (maybe entered color system searching mode) showing different colors on the display and not responding to ANY command EXCEPT Power On/Off .

Is there any combination to just manually RESET the TV or something?

Or a hidden menu combination which can help me with this out?

Hi Karen,

Looks like that your TV need to be checked by Sony technician , i would advise you to call authorized Sony service center.

regarding RESET,

1- Unplug TV from the main power supply for 30 seconds.

2- While keep pressing the central UP key on the remote control (10 sec minimum) , press the power button on the TV panel .
