I would appreciate if Sony always provide detailed explanation or just few headlines about the new released firmwares and what have been fixed.
As example , Most new 2011 TVs stated "improve internet stability" @ Sony download page, which is not clear enough. Customers may not noticed that improvement because this is a general statement words
As Sony policy is to keep customers retention / loyality by announcing the Service Recall Campaign , So it does not hurt if it is announced what bugs have been fixed in the new firmwares.
Just a point of view.
