kdl-32u3000 stuck in service mode

hello,i have a kdl-32u3000 and i entered service mode and i can't exit.

the tv seems to work normally,but when i try to change screen aspect ratio it pops up the service menu and i only can exit it by pressing twice the zero key.

any idea how to close it permanently?

Try manu-settings-set up-reset all.... after that auto start up
