KDL-32S2530 Forgets Channels

When I turn the tv off for more than a few minutes and then turn it back on it loses all the channels and needs to be retuned. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Sounds like a technical issue with the buffer for the memory.

I would recommend to contact an authorized service centre.

I bought another TV for £70.

It packed up completely.
