Hi,

nothing you can do about it, Sony will not acknowledge the problem.

The name of subtitle should be same as the movie with extension that supports your tv (check your manual).

If this is case, then start your movie and when it's loaded press button next to 0 with tree dots (...)

Press several times to choose your encoding and that's it.

Hi,

even with the subtitle file the same name as the movie it will not work, and certainly not with pressing the subtitle button on the remote no matter how mant times you press it!
