PS I emailed Qriocity UK customer services to ask about Welcome Back packages for Video on Demand users, and got the following response:
"Sony has created two different Welcome Back packages to all Qriocity users [sic], the Music Unlimited and the Video On Demand packages; The Music Unlimited Welcome Back package offers users 60 days of free service on all compatible devices. The Video On Demand package on the other hand is not yet finalized. We are currently working on a satisfactory package designed to thank our customers for their patience during the last few weeks and it will be released in due time."
If anyone else wants to nudge them along, and maybe make a suggestion as to what is 'satisfactory', they're on Qriocity.UK@eu.sony.com.
