impossible to select the region for internet video

I live in Croatia end when I try to select the region for Internet video on TV Sony KDS 32 ex 520 darkens the image and the controls on the steering wheel does not respond.

Network settings are OK and allow the use of internet search engines (browser).

Help me please!

The CX520 TV series are great and i think you bought the tv recently and let us share how to use it

To select the right region for your TV you must do "factory reset" under menu

then the tv will ask for your region and other questions too, just follow the on-screen choices

in addition , i would recommend you to update the firmware to the latest one.

Agree TV is excellent!
Otherwise, I solved the problem so I set the time zone GMT +2 (summer time in my country) and selected the English language inthe basic settings, as advised in the Sony support.
