I have a KDL-32W5810 TV. How can I find out what software version I have?

I have a KDL-32W5810. How can I find out what version I have? There is nowhere on the Home screen to find it. I haven't managed to  do a firmware update yet. When I try to update, it says,'Update data of newer version is not detected'  It was manufactured in 10/2009. I reckon there must be a newer version by now.

Hi,

if you press options menu on the remote then scroll down to system information you should find it there.
