How to remove Freeview channels from Sony Bravia TV

I have auto tuned my Sony Bravia TV but want to remove some of the freeview channels so they are not visible when scrolling through programs. Have searched in iManual for this topic but couldn't find anything.

Any advice please on how to do this.

The only way i know is to create a favourites list, leaving out the channels you do not want, then use that as your epg ......cheers
